Greenview delivered mechanical, electrical and hydraulic engineering for the Epping Surgery Centre, a new ophthalmic day surgery facility developed with AVA Architects.
Ophthalmic surgery makes precise demands of its environment: tight temperature and humidity control, careful lighting for the consulting and surgical rooms, medical gas provisions and strict infection control, all to Class 9a healthcare standards. Working closely with AVA Architects, our engineers designed each system around those clinical requirements and resolved the services in a single model before construction, delivering a purpose-built facility for surgical practice.
