Acqua Apartments

Overview

Greenview delivered structural, civil and hydraulic engineering for Acqua Apartments, a 17-home residential building a short walk from Cronulla Beach. Working with Vic Lake Architects, our engineers developed all three disciplines together so the structure, stormwater and hydraulic services were resolved as one package rather than handed between separate consultants.

The coastal setting drove much of the technical work. Wind loading, marine-grade corrosion protection and beachside drainage were built into the design from the outset and carried through to construction-ready documentation, giving Vic Lake Architects a settled, well-coordinated set to take to site.
