Overview
Greenview provided electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire engineering for Southbank, a 38-home apartment building of seven levels over two basement carpark levels at Wollongong, again delivered with ADM Architects and Pupovac Constructions.
Across that many homes, common areas and two basement levels, the services had to serve individual apartments and shared infrastructure at once, with basement ventilation, drainage and fire suppression integrated into the tower above. Working from a shared Revit model, the team settled services routes, risers and plant locations before construction, keeping delivery clean for Pupovac and the outcome comfortable for residents.
