Overview

Greenview provided structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic engineering for Long House, a development of 18 three-bedroom residences at St Ives, delivered for WINIM. It is one of our more comprehensive multi-residential engagements, with five disciplines under one roof.

The advantage of a single practice shows most in the coordination: structure and civil resolved together around stormwater and substructure, and the building services aligned to both the structural grid and the architecture. Working from one model, our engineers cleared clashes before drawings issued and gave WINIM a single point of contact and a genuinely coordinated set of documentation.
