Greenview delivered a full multi-discipline engineering scope for a social and affordable housing development at Centenary Road, Merrylands, for St Vincent de Paul. Working with Nordon Jago and builder Hacer Group NSW, we covered structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and sprinkler design, plus BASIX certification and a construction traffic management plan.
It is one of the most fully scoped projects in our affordable housing portfolio. Early building-services spatial advice let the team understand services routes before the design locked in, the sprinkler design was coordinated with the structure from the start, and BASIX targets were met through the mechanical and electrical design rather than bolted on. The project team had a single, resolved engineering partner from DA to construction.
