Greenview provided civil, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic engineering for a multi-storey social and affordable housing development at Waratah Road, Katoomba, commissioned by St Vincent de Paul and delivered with Mars Building and AHS Solutions.
The Blue Mountains setting shaped the engineering, with HVAC sized for genuinely cold winters and civil and stormwater designed for the site's own drainage conditions, all within the cost parameters a social housing provider works to. Documented as a single resolved package from our coordinated model, the design gave Mars Building and the approval authorities exactly what the project needed to proceed.
