Eventide Village

Overview

Greenview provided structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic engineering for a new multi-storey seniors living building at Eventide Village, Padstow Heights, working with Stanton Dahl on an occupied aged care site.

Seniors living asks more of its engineering than standard apartments. Reliable year-round thermal comfort is a genuine wellbeing matter, and the new structure and stormwater had to sit within an operating site without disturbing its drainage or daily routine. Developing all five disciplines together let the team manage that interface carefully and hand Stanton Dahl a resolved package that kept construction clear of the running facility.
