Overview

Greenview delivered a seven-discipline engineering scope for a new childcare playroom and community centre at Kangaroo Street, Manly, working with Nimbus Architecture across structural, civil, traffic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and Section J engineering.

Two distinct fitouts sat within one building: a childcare space with craft, kitchen and laundry areas, and a community centre with a hall and commercial kitchen, each carrying its own ventilation, hygiene and comfort rules. Add a commercial kitchen exhaust and site traffic management, and the value of one practice holding all seven disciplines showed, with the team coordinating it as a single package and handing Nimbus a complete, resolved set for both fitouts.
