Greenview delivered mechanical, electrical and Section J engineering for a new Ferrari showroom on the Pacific Highway at Artarmon, built with Reitsma Constructions for Artarmon Ferrari. Its centrepiece is a world-first suspended glass showcase holding a Ferrari 488 GTB.
A showroom of this profile needs services that are entirely effective yet all but invisible. Lighting had to render paint and glass faithfully with controlled reflections, HVAC held precise conditions against heavy glazing loads, and the suspended showcase called for tight coordination between structure and services. Working in one model with the architects and Reitsma, our engineers delivered building services that meet the brand's standard without intruding on the architecture.
