Greenview provided structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic engineering for the conversion of an upper-level carpark at 93 George Street, Parramatta into shared office space, working with Nordon Jago. A bespoke spiral staircase linking the new floor to the ground-floor lobby became the project's signature element.
Changing use from carpark to office means building the services up from a bare slab: full HVAC, power, data, hydraulics and stormwater where almost none existed, plus structural work to land the staircase into the existing frame. Resolving every discipline together in one model let the team deliver the conversion as a single coordinated package and turn unused floor space into productive commercial area.
