Upgrading an older building to modern learning standards means closing the gap between what was there and what teaching spaces now require: structural changes for new layouts, upgraded HVAC for comfort and air quality, and fresh electrical infrastructure, all within the original envelope. Holding all five disciplines in one model let the team manage where new services met existing structure and give Rohrig documentation that reflected the real building.
