Greenview provided structural, electrical and hydraulic engineering for a new sporting amenities building at Ador Reserve, commissioned by Bayside Council and designed with BKA Architecture. Modest in scale but heavily used, a facility like this has to stand up to daily public use, outdoor exposure and a long council maintenance cycle.
Our engineers concentrated on robust, low-maintenance solutions: durable structure, hard-wearing hydraulic fixtures for the change rooms and amenities, and simple electrical systems that council staff can service with ease. The three disciplines were resolved together and documented to the practical standard a Bayside Council asset demands.
