Singleton Art & Cultural Centre

Overview

Greenview provided stormwater, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and Section J engineering for the new Singleton Art & Cultural Centre, a civic facility commissioned by Singleton Council and designed with BKA Architecture in the Hunter Valley.

Cultural buildings need to feel welcoming and are often architecturally distinctive, yet they still carry the energy and code standards expected of publicly funded facilities. Our engineers routed services without compromising that architecture and prepared the Section J report in step with the building services, so a comfortable, efficient environment for visitors and events was engineered in from the start rather than chased later.
