Greenview provided mechanical, electrical and hydraulic engineering for a new day surgery and medical centre for Wollongong Eye Specialists, working with AVA Architects and specialist fitout consultant VSDS.
A day surgery sits well above general consulting rooms in what it asks of its services: HVAC delivering the air quality, temperature control and pressurisation that surgical spaces need, medical-grade power with backup, and hydraulics suited to clinical use. Developed in close step with AVA and VSDS and resolved in a coordinated model, the design gave the team a single construction-ready package for a facility built specifically for ophthalmic care.
