Overview
Greenview provided electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire engineering for Avalon Apartments, a 22-home building of five residential levels over a basement carpark in North Wollongong. It is one of several projects we have delivered with architect ADM Architects and builder Pupovac Constructions, a partnership that keeps documentation and standards consistent from job to job.
The technical focus was threading risers, plant and services routes through the structural grid, then integrating the basement's separate ventilation, drainage and fire requirements with the homes above. Every discipline was built into one Revit model and the clashes cleared before Pupovac took the job to site.
