Benson Apartments

Overview

Greenview delivered electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire engineering for Benson Apartments, a 162-home mixed-use development rising above a retail podium and basement carpark at Shellharbour. Again working with ADM Architects and Pupovac Constructions, it is one of the larger multi-residential projects we have taken from design through to documentation.

Scale defined the job. A shared supply had to serve apartments, shops and common areas at once, ventilation differed markedly between each use, and the fire systems needed to satisfy three building classifications on the one site. Bringing all four disciplines together in a single model let the team resolve that complexity up front and hand the builder a clean, buildable set.
