Infinity by Crown

Overview

Greenview provided electrical engineering for Infinity by Crown, a 401-home mixed-use development at Zetland, delivered for PowCom. It is one of the larger residential projects we have documented in the Sydney market.

At this scale the electrical design carries real weight. High-voltage supply, substation and metering arrangements, load calculations and riser sizing all have to account for the full building and satisfy both the utility and the NCC. Our engineers delivered a complete design from the incoming supply through to individual apartment metering and common-area services, documented to a standard that supported the construction programme for PowCom.
