Overview
Greenview provided structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic engineering for the upgrade of the Camden Valley Inn, a landmark heritage hospitality venue near Camden. Engaged by Lewis Land Group, our scope spanned works to the existing heritage building alongside new outdoor dining and function areas.
The interest of the project lay in working two very different conditions at once: services threaded sensitively through a heritage fabric never designed for them, and new construction built to current standards. Modelling all five disciplines together let us manage that interface as a single project and give Lewis Land Group one coordinated engineering package for the whole site.
