Greenview delivered full-discipline engineering for PARC Pavilion, a striking multi-level hospitality venue overlooking Munro Park at Cronulla, working with Sammut Group, builder Raw Constructions and Innovate. The scope brought together structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and ESD engineering.
The building's bold curved form, suspended arcs, wide glazing and hanging gardens left no room for services to be an afterthought. Structural loads, services routes and environmental performance all had to resolve around an ambitious architecture, so every discipline was modelled together and the clashes cleared before construction. That close collaboration kept a genuinely complex geometry buildable and gave the whole team confidence in one coordinated set of documentation.
