Greenview provided electrical, mechanical and hydraulic engineering for a major internal upgrade to Strathfield Sports Club, an established Inner West community club, working with GROUPN Architecture.
Refurbishing a live licensed venue means working inside a building that predates current standards, where club-scale occupancy pushes ventilation and heat loads well past ordinary commercial levels. Our team worked the interface between new and existing services through the model early, so the upgrade lifted the affected areas to current NCC requirements and gave patrons modern facilities without unwelcome surprises on site.
