Greenview provided structural engineering for a new home at Myuna Road, Dover Heights, working with Shire Building Design.
Dover Heights sites are steep, coastal and tightly constrained, which pushes the structural work toward split-level substructure, retaining and careful wind and corrosion design. Our engineers shaped a scheme that carried the architecture and met NCC requirements, then documented it in Revit as a coordinated, construction-ready set for the builder.
