Peregrine Drive Residence

Overview

Greenview provided structural engineering for a new home at Peregrine Drive, Greenhills Beach, working with Shire Building Design.

Close to the shoreline in the Sutherland Shire, the site called for structure tuned to its coastal wind region, with member sizing, connections and materials chosen for corrosion protection and set early so they carried cleanly through to construction. Developed alongside the architecture, the design was documented in Revit as a coordinated, construction-ready package for the builder.
