Overview

Greenview provided structural, electrical and mechanical engineering for the Salvatore Ferragamo fitout at Westfield Sydney, on the corner of Pitt Street Mall and Market Street, delivered with builder Newland Constructions.

A luxury tenancy inside a major centre works under real constraints: every service has to tie neatly into the base building and satisfy centre management without touching neighbouring shops or the centre's operations. Resolving structure, mechanical and electrical against the Westfield base-build documentation before any site work meant Newland had clear, settled drawings from day one, and the finished fitout carries its services discreetly, in keeping with the brand.
