Sovereign Hills Town Centre

Overview

Greenview provided electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and Section J engineering for Sovereign Hills Town Centre, a new neighbourhood retail centre for Lewis Land Group within the masterplanned Sovereign Hills community near Port Macquarie.

A multi-tenancy base build has to anticipate shops that do not exist yet, so services were designed with headroom for future fitouts while a whole-of-building Section J report accounted for the mix of uses. Bringing the disciplines together in one model let the team settle plant, distribution and penetrations across the centre before construction and document a base build ready for tenants to build into.
